Verification infrastructure for AI-generated research.
Soulmetric builds verification infrastructure for AI-generated research. We are not a consulting firm, not an academic project, and not a content mill. We exist because AI-generated research needs a trust layer—and that trust layer should be transparent, systematic, and public.
Our proof of concept: one operator, 28 AI agents, 256 working papers, 22 monographs, ten days. Every artifact tiered by verification status and scored on the Scharp Scale. Three working papers have completed independent expert review.
We also apply this infrastructure to external problems through Problem Sprints—deploying the same agent fleet and verification pipeline against specific questions, with deliverables in days.
Generation is solved. Verification is the problem that matters now. AI can produce research-grade text at scale, but production without verification is noise. Soulmetric builds the infrastructure that closes the gap between generation and trust.

Soulmetric is operated by Kevin Scharp, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
